St. Andrew's Spanish Department is offering a unique opportunity for alumni (and their families) to travel with St. Andrew's Spanish faculty and students on a 10-day trip of service and cultural immersion in Honduras! The trip includes 10 days of travel in Honduras, six days of volunteer work on a community service project with former St. Andrew's faculty member Mel Bride, who works with a bilingual school in Zamorano, Honduras, two days in Copan to visit the ancient Mayan ruins, and for horseback riding.

Prices for the trip, depending on requested room accommodations, start at $1400 per person, including all in-country accommodations, transportation, expert local guide, activities, and meals. Estimated airfare is $650 in addition to the trip cost stated above. Beverages with meals consist of teas, juices, and/or processed water (all bottled water is extra). Date of departure for the the airport in Tegucigalpa is March 4, 2005. The trip returns on March 14, 2005.
